All confirmed Travelsphere bookings made during the promotion will be entered into a weekly prize draw to win back the cost of your holiday. The qualifying holiday must be booked between 27th December & 31st January inclusive to travel before 31st December 2025. The prize is worth up to the value of £8,000 based on a maximum of two people travelling. Solo travellers are also eligible to win back the value of their holiday up to a value of £4,000. The prize excludes local & connecting flights, flight upgrades, room upgrades, pre-booked excursions and any additional ancillary upgrades and products. The winners will be selected at random from all valid bookings week commencing 5th February 2024. Winners will be contacted by phone to claim their prize by Thursday 29th February. There are 5x prizes to be won.
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling of Prizes to third parties. If you cancel your qualifying holiday, no cash refund will be given. If we cancel your holiday, the value of the prize can be transferred to a new booking, should the cost of that holiday be lower than the value of the original prize value, no cash refund will be given. In the event for any reason the Prize winners do not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. Winners of the prize draw will be expected to partake in PR and marketing activity. The offer can be withdrawn at any point and tours can be added or removed from the exceptions.
