Frequently Asked Questions

How has my travelmore status been decided?

.Your travelmore status is based on the number of days spent on tour with Travelsphere since 1st January 2021. You do not move tiers until you have returned from your qualifying tour. The number of days travelled are counted as days spent on tour in the scheduled itinerary and excludes any additional travel days due to delays or forced majeure.

I believe I have travelled more days/my travelmore status is incorrect, what should I do?

Please contact our team via email on enquiries@travelsphere.co.uk with details of the number of days you have travelled and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.

We may need to reach out to ask for a few more details to fully resolve this, for example booking references, Travel Agent details (if you booked through them) or previous address details.

If I have any queries about travelmore rewards where can I get help?

My holiday bookings have been made through a Travel Agent, do these days count?

Yes. All days travelled with us count in our reward programme, whether you have booked direct with us or through your local Travel Agent. If you believe that these haven’t been included in your total days travelled, please email enquiries@travelsphere.co.uk and we’ll look into that for you.

How long do I have to use my travelmore credit?

Travelmore credits are valid for 90 days from the day you returned from your most recent Travelsphere holiday.

Can I use my travelmore credit with other holiday offers?

Yes. Our reward programme is for all our customers who have travelled with us time and again, and we want you to ensure that you get all the benefits when travelling with us therefore your travelmore credit can be combined with other offers we may also be running.

I have a travelmore voucher issued to me before the start of the rewards programme, can I still use this?

travelmore vouchers issued when returning from holiday prior to June 1st 2026 are now superseded with a new travelmore discount. You have until 30th August to book a new holiday and use your voucher.

Can I redeem my travelmore credit online?

You’ll need to contact one of our Holiday Advisors on 01858 415 220 to book your holiday and redeem your travelmore credit. They are ready to help you with your booking and our opening hours can be found here.

Our team are working hard to update our website so that you will be able to redeem your travelmore credit when booking online in the future.

My travelmore credit is not showing on my invoice what should I do?

All travel credits applied to your booking will show in the pricing grid on your Confirmation or Amendment Invoice. This will be one total amount for all those travelling and also include any other travel credits, not related to the reward programme, that may have been applied to your booking.

I think I am eligible to be part of the travelmore rewards programme but I have not received any communication from you, what do I do?

Please contact our Holiday Advisors via email on enquiries@travelsphere.co.uk with details of the number of days you have travelled and we’ll be happy to look into that for you.

Can I use my travelmore credit with your sister brand?

travelmore credits are valid exclusively on Travelsphere holidays and cannot be transferred to our sister brand.

My holiday was cancelled, do these days count?

No, we only include days you have travelled with us as part of this rewards programme.

I need to cancel my booking, can I transfer my travelmore credit to a new booking?

Yes, you can. We want to make sure you don't miss out on using your travel credit for your next adventure. Depending on your situation, here is how your credit will be handled:

If you are rebooking right away: If you transfer your booking to a new date or holiday at the same time you cancel, your travelmore credit will be applied directly to your new booking.

If you aren't ready to book just yet: If you cancel without immediately choosing a new date or holiday, your travelmore credit will remain available on your account. You can apply it to any future booking as long as you confirm your new trip before the travelmore credit's expiry date.

If your credit has expired: Please keep in mind that once a travelmore credit reaches its expiry date, it is no longer valid and cannot be applied to any future bookings.

Travelmore launch offer

This discount can only be redeemed by calling the dedicated phone number 01858 415 215 and quoting the reference as printed in the voucher panel of the letter. If you do book online, your discount will be retrospectively added by our team. If you have not received a revised invoice, please email enquiries@travelsphere.co.uk with your booking number. Discount is for new bookings only and cannot be redeemed against bookings confirmed before the 1st June 2026. Subject to availability and is valid until 30th August 2026. Only one travelmore discount can be used per person. This offer can be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion that may be advertised during this period. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this discount at any time. The discounted sum will be taken from your final invoice, not your deposit payment. This travelmore discount supersedes any previous discount issued.

Travelmore credit

Book within 90 days of the return date of your last Travelsphere holiday and save when you book a new Travelsphere holiday with our travelmore rewards. This credit can only be redeemed by calling the dedicated phone number 01858 415 220 and quoting the reference as printed in the voucher panel of the letter. If you do book online, your discount will be retrospectively added by our team. If you have not received a revised invoice please email enquiries@travelsphere.co.uk with your booking number. Travelmore credit is for new bookings only and cannot be redeemed against bookings confirmed before the return of your most recent Travelsphere holiday. Subject to availability and can only be redeemed within 90 days of your most recent Travelsphere holiday. Only one travelmore credit can be used per person. This travelmore credit can be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion that may be advertised during this period. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this credit at any time. The credited sum will be taken from your final invoice, not your deposit payment. This travelmore credit supersedes any previous credit issued

Flexible amends

This offer applies to bookings made travelmore Globetrotters only. You can amend your booking as many times as you like up to 75 days prior to departure without any amendment fees. The new holiday price will apply. If you amend your booking to an alternative holiday an additional deposit may be required depending on the holiday you transfer to. You can change the destination and/or departure date you are travelling on.

Tours excluded from flexible amends: Grand Tour of Canada & the Rocky Mountaineer, Grand Tour of Canada & the Rocky Mountaineer with Vancouver Add-on, Rockies, Rail & and Alaskan Cruise, Rockies, Rail & Alaskan Cruise with Vancouver Add-on, Croatia Uncovered, Croatian Island Hopping, Arctic Explorer - Land of the Polar Bear.
